Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THERE IS A CLEAR AND EVIDENT MANUFACTURER DEFECT. THIS DEFECT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are to be notified of items that have a manufacture defect within 3 days of delivery of your product. Sizing is not considered a defect and will not be considered as an issue. Also, Sweet As Dixie is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit once shipped. All packages are insured with the carrier and claims should be filed with that carrier once items leave us.
Store Credit
If there is enough evidence that there is indeed a defective item, you will be issued a store credit minus the cost of shipping.
